Some $320 Billion would go to refunding the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) for small business and their furloughed employees; $60 Billion for “disaster loans;” $75 Billion for hospitals/ healthcare; $25 Billion for CV-19 testing, and another $4 Billion for unspecified. The Bill now moves to the (D) House.

Apr. 21, 2020: We mentioned an initial report of multiple website hacks of WHO, CDC, NIH, (Bill & Melinda) Gates Foundation, the World Bank and the Wuhan Institute of Virology (China). Hacks include scores of emails and passwords. Data being wiped by search engines and websites taken down. Reports of weak passwords such as “password,” “worldbank” “benghazi” & “123456.”

Update: Oddly enough, there was a report of Wuhan Institute account (___@wh.iov.cn) used “187187” as a password. “187” is the California penal code for murder/ homicide. The term is often discussed in action/ crime/drama movies and TV shows.

We conducted a review of the allegations in real-time earlier in the day. Due to possible legal reasons we cannot post specific findings, other than affirm extensive lists of emails and passwords were posted on international websites. One report said this was a “conspiracy.” Why would search engines and other hosts take down links and websites if it was all untrue? We advised major media and no one has contacted us at this time.

The Washington Post said the info was “fodder” for “right-wing extremists.” None of the alleged account victims and institutions have made any public comment including the FBI which we assume is investigating such. The Washington Post did however cite a cyber security expert by name who acknowledged that the user e-mails and passwords for at least the World Health Organization (WHO) were authentic.

Karen Whitsett (D-Detroit), “credited hydroxychloroquine for saving her life.” She thanked President Trump at an in-person meeting for Trump’s efforts on fighting the virus.

State Rep. Whitsett said she has “no time for politics” and was focused on the issue of helping people. Democrats and politically-driven left media have consistently attacked hydroxychloroquine, President Trump, and any effort that could help people from not dying from the China Coronavirus.

Los Angeles County Public Heath discouraged people going to Ventura and OC beaches. Los Angeles has no legal jurisdiction over these counties.

Days earlier we cited live report that one of the best ways to kill Coronavirus was outdoor sunlight / ultraviolet light on *surfaces.* Sunlight won’t kill a flu or other virus just for being outside.

The number of people expected to flock to OC beaches is expected to increase this weekend.

May 12, 2020: Small Group of House Democrats Introduce $3 Trillion Bill (1,815 pps PDF). Bill nationalizes One Trillion Dollars of unpaid debts created by Democratic governors. The states:

– California (D)
– Colorado (D)
– Illinois (D)
– New York (D)
– Nevada (D)
– Oregon (D)
– Washington (D)

…have mismanaged taxpayer money for decades; under-funded their government pensions and healthcare; spent billions on pet-projects such as California’s (non-operational) $68 Billion bullet train.

The (D) Bill does not provide any federal funding toward FY2021 budget coming due this Sept.; this will likely cost several trillion more dollars to fund government next year assuming no more stimulus bills.

Bill also would change voting rules starting THIS (2020) election; provides amnesty provisions to aliens in the USA who are here illegally; provides federal benefits to illegal aliens; targets banks in a discriminatory fashion; and provides money to foreign countries.

For U.S. citizens, Bill would provide another ‘one-time’ (taxable) $1,200 stimulus payment (up to $6,000 per house hold); extend another $600 per week of unemployment benefits; which is on top of existing unemployment benefits through January 2021.

There are no plans on how to raise $3 Trillion+ interest to pay for this bill. See our report.

May 14, 2020: Leaked data suggests China may have 640,000 coronavirus cases, not 80,000. Based on the infection rate, China’s population ratio compared to other countries, the fact that China ignored the problem and was the source of the virus, and is not doing testing to determine infections, we think the number is more likely in the millions.

GREY areas are states that are thinking about opening up or partially opening up soon.
LIGHT RED areas have limited openings such as curb-side business. Overall, we view the state as highly restricted to mostly closed.
DARK RED areas are looking to go bankrupt. Their state is closed with the non-criminal population effectively in prison; while many that were actually in the prison population, may have been released from prison by the same state governor.

May 21, 2020: Coronavirus-triggered layoffs in US hit nearly 39 million. The economy was hit not by some mismanagement by industry or failed polices, but rather by a massive cautionary move. May 24, 2020: Chicago Mayor Sends Police to Shut Down Black Baptist Church. The move by the (D) Mayor was in defiance of a Presidential Order deeming all religious institutions as “essential.” This provided the religious institutions their own option whether to open, how to open, how many people should be permitted inside and in what manner. Religious institutions are founded on private property anyway. (Unconstitutional for any government entity to own a religious institutional property – Separation of Church and State).

As with Constitutionally protected private property, government cannot interfere. States do not have the Constitutional authority to override an Executive Order – only Congress, and federal courts, ultimately leading to the U.S. Supreme Court can override an Executive Order. And no Court, Congress or a President is above the U.S. Constitution – deemed under Article VI, as the Supreme Law of the Land.

May 30, 2020: All Coronavirus news has gone out the window in light of ongoing Riots, Mayhem, Domestic Terrorism [18 USC § 2331(5)(A) seq.] in cities ONLY under Democratic control: Minnesota, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Oakland, CA, Atlanta, GA, and Washington DC. Tens-of-thousands of people with no social distancing, roughly half-with no masks other to mask their identity from looting.

May 31 – June 4, 2020: Our View: Media and the public haves absolved most of the Coronavirus Pandemic for the Violence Pandemic. Social distancing has been absolved. Mask wearing in public has been optional, but mostly to help hide one’s identity during looting and violence.

IF –  the medical experts are correct as they have been telling us for the last three months, we should see major breakouts in Coronavirus cases in every city that had major (mass-gatherings, non-social distancing) protests, riots, etc. All whom had close contact and physical contact with others for extended periods of time – many, many hours in fact. If this does not happen in a material way, then we know what were told about the virus with regard to mask wearing, and social distancing was unfounded.

The people most affected have been those over 65 years of age, those who’ve been indoors (New York, #1 deaths in USA); and or those with compromised immune systems who would also have difficulty fighting off the flu virus.

June 1, 220: Odds are, if you live in San Francisco County are of California, you probably have broken the non-legislative ‘law’ many times over the last few months. The County has not charged anyone for for rioting, looting, or protesting which technically violate the “Shelter in Place” Order as such also violate state and federal laws. Technically one can’t even go outside unless it is necessary for work or food or other County authorized behavior (pps 11-17). The previous order was 9 pages long.

June 3, 2020: Trump administration bans Chinese passenger airlines from flying to U.S.. This isn’t new news but it is being treated as if it was. Trump actually banned China travel to the U.S. back in January 2020 due to concerns of spreading Coronavirus that originated from Wuhan, China.

June 5, 2020: Our Report: Studies Removed from Medical Journals – Claimed Hydroxychloroquine Was Harmful.

June 7, 2020: Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) caught in another lie. Last month Gov. Newsom said that the Coronavirus in California started in a ‘nail salon.’ This has now been debunked.

June 9, 2020:U.S. DOJ: ‘Former Chair of Harvard University’s Chemistry and Chemical Biology Department was indicted on charges of making false statements to federal authorities regarding his participation in China’s Thousand Talents Program.’ According to the DOJ, the professor allegedly became a “Strategic Scientist” at Wuhan University of Technology (WUT) in China. June 10, 2020: Best Buy to re-open 800 stores. AMC Theaters aim to reopen in July all under various safety measures.

June 11, 2020: Disneyland, California announced phased reopening July 17th. Advance reservations will be required to enter. Expect limited capacity, masks required, social distancing and other safety measures. California’s Governor, Gavin Newsom (D) approved the six major theme-parks to re-open in Stage 3 instead of Stage 4 last May 29.

Change.org, a radical socialist organization has posted a petition to try and influence Disney, CA to open at a later date fearing ‘Coronavirus.’ The petition does not address any concerns with the other five theme parks in California (Universal Studios Hollywood, Knott’s Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain, SeaWorld San Diego, Legoland California). Nor does the petition address the largest theme park in the USA, Disney, Orlando, Florida.

The same people petitioning Disneyland (CA) to stay CLOSED, are the same people who had no problem publicly demonstrating 18 hours a day plus with near ZERO Social Distancing over the lasts 3 weeks.

Disney Shanghai (China) has been open on a significantly reduced capacity since May 11, requiring masks, social distancing and other safety measures. Walt Disney World (Florida) opens July 11th following similar safety measures.

MarketWatch claimed “thousands” have signed the petition, but when we looked, the number of petition signers was zero. Change.org publishes petitions all the time for every political argument one can muster. The truth is public policy is not set by political petitions, and no one is forcing anyone to go outside, let alone to any theme-park.

June 11, 2020: Final tests of some COVID-19 vaccines to start next month.

June 11, 2020: Some states roll back lockdowns, after CV19 increase. AP: “There is no single reason for the surges.” Perhaps some already forgot that millions of people gathered across the country, shouting, aggressively protesting, and rioting – all with near zero social distancing. No reason for the surge in CV-19 cases? Yea, that’s one. Also, bear in mind as more people are tested, there will more cases reported, as some of those cases will be test positive for the virus.

June 12, 2020: California County Announces Face Masks NO Longer Required. Orange County, CA is between Los Angeles and San Diego. The newly appointed HCA Director said masks are no longer required, but still encouraged. The previous HCA Director resigned days ago.

June 14, 2020: Airline passengers brought COVID-19 into LAX in March — and no one warned the public. Flights were international.

June 15, 2020: Some states reporting increase in Coronavirus cases. As we have discussed prior, this will occur as more ill people are tested. If you want to see no increase in cases, then do what China did, and not test anyone in the public. Therefore you will show the virus ‘isn’t’ spreading. Virtually no one have spoken a word about the Flu; how millions more people are affected. The number of Coronavirus deaths have dropped dramatically nationwide.

June 15, 2020: U.S. eases restrictions on flights from Chinese airlines.

June 16, 2020: U.S. Retail Sales Hit an All-Time One Month Record in May, up 17.7% – Double the number ‘experts’ predicted.

June 16, 2020: “Coronavirus: Dexamethasone proves first life-saving drug” says BBC in a UK study. We have not reviewed the study at this time.

June 19, 2020: CA Governor tweeted a “reminder” that face masks are “required” in public spaces. Although many people have complied, there is no law on the books to require such. There is no evidence that even a N95 mask can block Covid-19 as the virus is too microscopic. We’ll discuss more in upcoming report.

June 22, 2020: Now that most (not all), but most of the Anti-Police protests are over, it’s back to media pushing to lock-down everything again. It’s not likely going to happen in the U.S. nationally anytime soon. The U.S. simply can’t afford to shell-out trillions of dollars we don’t have to pay people not to work.

The Unintended Results of Extended Lock Downs

The result of new or continued lock-downs and closing hospitals, would result in increased poverty, alcoholism, drug use, depression, suicide, crime, domestic violence, homelessness, increased sex trafficking, food shortages, general rationing, toilet paper shortage, another run on guns and ammo, and rationing of other essential items would create a greater panic; and be far more devastating a second time around in our view. So it’s not just about ‘money, the stock market, or commerce,’ it’s about sanity and healthy living. Not healthy people living in fear, or forced to have their home become their prison.

June 22, 2020: More CV19 cases are being reported as more testing of ill people is being conducted. Getting Covid-19 is not a death sentence as most people don’t die. If one is in a nursing home, or have underline health issues, those people need to take more precautions and have others assist in their care.

Countries with poor healthcare to begin with, that’s probably going to be a problem. For those wearing a mask on their chin, just remove it. It isn’t protecting anything.
