NEW YORK, New York. Probably the biggest story of the day that has received light media coverage thus far is a report by NBC News. The New York State Board of Elections have already decided who won the 2020 Democratic Primary and no one has voted – or will be able to vote.

The current board is made up of four people, all appointed by the New York governor, who have decided the outcome of a primary election for 19 million people where most vote Democratic.

In typical foreign countries run by Marxist Dictators, they usually just jail or execute their opponents. In America, we’re more civilized. The Marxist Dictators will investigate and hope to discredit someone, but if that doesn’t work, just remove their name from the legal ballot?

That’s exactly what the Democrats did.

“(New York) State party officials removed all other Democratic candidates from the ballot, leaving only Vice President Joseph Biden in the slot for the race for president, effectively canceling the election.”

The State board said they are canceling the vote due to “coronavirus concerns.”

For Your Own Protection, a 4-Person Committee Voted For You?

Yes, you see voting is a dangerous thing for Democrats. It means there is a chance an election could create an outcome that is different from what the Democrat Party wants.

“We should minimize the number of people on the ballot, minimize the election for the protection of everybody,” Democratic Board of Elections Commissioner Andy Spano said.

So, for your own “protection,” four non-elected people have decided how you would have voted and that’s it?

How New York Clearly Violated the Voting Rights of Every New Yorker.

In the United States, all U.S. citizens over the age of 18 have the right to vote.

“The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.”

— United States Constitution, 15th Amendment (Source: Cornell Law School).

NOWHERE in the U.S. Constitution does it say, that in the event of a virus, flu, war, economic or natural disaster etc., that the Constitution will be deemed (temporarily) invalid.

Basic Image: Go Constitution. Text added, political parody.

The U.S. Constitution applies to all U.S. states, that includes New York under Article VI, Paragraph 2.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”

— United States Constitution, Article 6, Paragraph 2 (Source: Cornell Law School). (Bold type added to note key phrases).

The U.S. Constitution applies to all states; is the Supreme Law of the Land; and states, courts and lessor government entities cannot take any action that violate any Constitutional rights of U.S. citizens.

Democrats Pushing to Change Voting Laws THIS ELECTION – Why?

Democrats have argued to make changes in how we vote because it didn’t go their way in 2016. Democrats have argued for election polls to be open for weeks (early voting); have same day voter registration, vote by mail, internet voting, proxy voting (have someone vote for you); have effective retroactive voting, want votes to be audited by government, and they seek to end the Constitutionally mandated electoral college.

Democrats didn’t push for any of these radical actions under President Obama’s 2012 re-election? One has to ask why?

Maybe Biden would have won in New York. Maybe Sanders might have won. But voters, not four unelected bureaucrats make that decision.

The Democrat Party has said there is no rigging against Bernie Sanders. Guess what?

If looking for voting fraud. Here it is.
