WASHINGTON DC. The President seems to be charging forward on his immigration action. We pointed out here how the President exceeded his authority to grant his immigration action last fall.

In December 2013, a federal judge warned DHS about their illegal immigration policies. Now, through a lawsuit against the U.S. government backed by 26 states, the same judge has restrained the Obama (U.S.) government with a temporary Court Order.
