Fact Check – Obama Birther Movement Started by a Democrat Lawyer

Fact Check – Obama Birther Movement Started by a Democrat Lawyer

by NetAdvisor.org® Staff

WASHINGTON DC. Hillary Clinton attempted to bring up an eight year old birther questions as Obama’s term is set to expire. Clinton blamed Trump for the birther movement.

According to factcheck.org: “…it’s true that some of her ardent (Clinton) supporters pushed the theory, there is no evidence that Clinton or her campaign had anything to do with it.”

Trump raised question as many people of BOTH political parties did in 2008 (and some since).

At this point the issue is nothing more than a political distraction by the Clinton camp to focus on anything but Hillary Clinton’s health questions, email scandal, or proposed economic policies.

Trump, and again others did raise the birther issue too in 2015. Trump conceded to bury the issue by stating today that, “President Barack Obama was born in the United States.”

The REAL Original Birther

Many seem to have forgotten where the original birther issue came from.

“Philip J. Berg, Esquire, [Berg is a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania; former candidate for Governor and U.S. Senate in Democratic Primaries; former Chair of the Democratic Party in Montgomery County; former member of Democratic State Committee; an attorney with offices in Montgomery County, PA and an active practice in Philadelphia, PA, filed a lawsuit in Federal Court today, Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083, seeking a Declaratory Judgment and an Injunction that Obama does not meet the qualifications to be President of the United States. Berg filed this suit for the best interests of the Democratic Party and the citizens of the United States.”
