Obama to Begin Trafficking 8,000 Illegals via Plane & Bus Through Mexico to USA

SAN JOSÉ, Costa Rica. President Obama will once again bypass and violate Congress’ Constitutional authority [Report, Point 9] by reaching an illegal immigration agreement with Costa Rica. The Obama Administration will facilitate in trafficking 8,000 illegal alien Cubans who claim they are allegedly “trapped” in Costa Rica.

The migrants left Cuba on their own and headed to Costa Rica. They hoped to work their way to the United States from Central America, eventually through Mexico, but were stopped when the Nicaraguan government decided to close their border from the illegals.

[1] False Narrative

Technically no one is “trapped” in Costa Rica. They could be sent home which is what most normal sovereign nations would do to those who enter a country illegally. Costa Rica planned on deporting just 56 new illegal aliens and issued nearly 8,000 “Transit Visas,” coincidentally about the same number of people Obama is planning to bring to the U.S.

Last month, Costa Rica closed their borders to those trying to enter the country illegally from Panama.

What we have is a false political narrative to make people think that there is some sort of desperation or humanitarian crisis. The crises was self-created by the illegal aliens who paid traffickers $4,000 to $7,000 to come to another country illegally. Somehow were are led to think that the U.S. needs to finish the ‘trafficking job’ for the human traffickers?

[2] Politics

Arguably, the Obama Administration has been desperately trying to increase the importation of unskilled labor, uneducated people, generally presumed little or non-English speaking, and unvetted persons from various parts of the world arguably to gain future voters who tend to support Obama’s socialist agenda.

Costa Rica’s President, Luis Guillermo Solis is expected to advise Cuba that Costa Rica cannot continue to afford care for illegals who have entered into their country indefinitely.

“Costa Rican President Luis Guillermo Solis will tell Cuban President Raul Castro his Central American country is unable to continue caring for thousands of Cuban migrants indefinitely…”

The solution, is for the U.S. to go into debt instead where the Obama Administration is expected to transport nearly 8,000 illegal aliens via bus and airplane through Mexico and its last stop into the U.S. all at U.S. taxpayer’s expense?

According to Voice of America, Cubans who reach land can apply for residency (amnesty) in the USA. However in this case, illegal aliens are not coming directly to the U.S., they are coming to other foreign countries in Central America first. By this logic, the entire country of Cuba could technically seek amnesty in the USA as long as they reach land anywhere in North America?

From there, we can then presume the Obama Administration will immediately put the 8,000 illegal aliens on taxpayer funded welfare, free housing, free healthcare, free education, and whatever goodies Obama can entice them to support socialist causes. These causes seem to in direct economic conflict with the will of the American people.

[3] Statistics

Here are some 2015 survey statistics representing views from a majority of Americans:

[4] The Courts

In 2013, a Federal District Judge chastised the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) (aka the Obama Administration) who oversees U.S. immigration enforcement in re: United States v. Mirtha Veronica Nava-Martinez.

“The DHS has simply chosen not to enforce the United States border security laws…These actions are both dangerous and unconscionable.”

This Court has seen instances where aliens being smuggled were assaulted, raped, kidnapped/ and or killed.”

“…(there is) no excuse for Government to continue the criminal activity of the trafficking conspiracy.”

— Hon. Andrew S. Hansen, United States District Judge said in his Order

By 2015, U.S. Appellate 5th Circuit Court ruled in favor of 26 U.S. states (in re: State of Texas, Et Al., v. United States of America, Et Al.) that Obama’s defacto amnesty programs are illegal. President Obama has been systematically dismantling the U.S. immigration system arguably for political gain. The Obama Administration seems to be defying the courts over its illegal immigration programs.

[5] The Welcome $ Wagon

A Senate subcommittee report showed that 90 percent of migrant “refugees” from the Middle-East to the USA are supported by the U.S. welfare system; and 70 percent receive cash welfare which obviously can be spent without restriction.

Obama has opened the welfare wagon with redistributing taxpayer money from legal U.S. citizens to refugees including $1,850 cash upfront per refugees upon arrival, free food, free clothing, free healthcare, free social services (job training, work permits, and job placement) with benefits that can last up to nine years.

In Norway, the costs of illegal immigration has become so burdensome, the Norwegian government is now paying illegal aliens as much as (US) $9,300 to leave the country.

[6] The 2016 Election

According to NPR, the illegal aliens that are coming to the U.S. from Cuba are concerned that the U.S. will change the rules for U.S. entry (amnesty). With the potential of a new president promising to “close” the U.S. borders on his “first day” in office, it seems that people are coming to the U.S. now in mass – and illegally.

Some 44,000 people just from Cuba have entered the U.S. illegally in 2015 – the largest increase in 20 years. President Obama has also been soliciting 100,000 Haitians to come to the USA in another amnesty-style program.

Although many might feel for the compassionate argument that most people are just seeking better lives, the problem is the U.S. taxpayer is paying for the illegals’ better lives. Given the U.S. massive debt and outstanding obligations to its retirees and others already here, the U.S. just can’t continue to borrow from China and others to finance anyone who wants to come to the U.S. at will.

[7] Trafficking Terrorism

Aside those seeking better lives, the open doors border polices are also bringing in persons from countries of interest. In 2010, I discussed known security risks of illegal immigration in this report where DHS apprehended 17,032 people from countries other than Mexico, Latin America, South America, or western islands. What we do not know is how many people from countries of special interest got into the U.S. illegally?

Today, most of the world understands the national security risks to an open borders policies.

There is a safety argument with the Obama Administration releasing criminal alien felons back on the streets in the U.S. instead of deporting them.

Terrorists have for years sought to gain entry into the U.S. and have attempted or successfully entered due to leadership failure to secure the nation. Some suspected terrorists are coming to the U.S. as refugees, through Mexico where Obama plans to bring in morerefugees” who the FBI has said they cannot be properly vetted.

According to Breitbart, 2015 is the “deadliest year for Jihadist violence since 911.” The FBI has been investigating terrorism in all 50 U.S. states. The multiple terrorist attacks in Paris this year, and last month’s terrorist attack in San Bernardino, California, has not made President Obama reconsider his dangerous and costly open borders policies.
